There was an email address where you could mail your duties and they would advice the best NOC code but it looks like they have discontinued this service now.

I am trying to figure out my noc, but don't want to put the wrong one and have my application rejected! i am working at a telecommunication company, on the sales department. the closest noc I can see for my role is noc 6221, but i am not sure if that's the right one

Even that service was not very reliable - many people were rejected after going with the NOC codes suggested by the service. The only way ahead is to use your best judgement and hope for the best.
