My visa application for study permit has been refused on 30 June 2018 and 25 Nov 2018 . Here is my profile;
Profile:
Country: Turkey
Gender: Male
M. Status: Single
Education: Bachelor's degree Chemical Engineer (grad in 2011) after grad. i have working experience till now.
Age: 30
Acceptance: Seneca College Business graduate diploma program (2 years)
Finance: 28.000 cad (coming from car sales)
IELTS:6.5 (L:5.5,R:8,W:6,S:6)
Passport with 1 schengen visa
1st refusal:
-personal assets and financial status.
-purpose of visit
1st refusal gcms notes: "planning engineer with modest income wants to attend a 2 year college degree program in business. he has recently sold his car to do so. funds are tight. has limited travel history and weak economic ties to homecounty. Based on available information on the file, I am not satisfied pa would be a bonafide temporary resident who would depart Canada at the end of an authorized period. Refused."
-after refusal i have applied U.S tourist visa and refused.
applied again after 3 months for the study visa and got 2nd refusal:
-purpose of visit
-travel history,
-family ties to home country
Centennial College: Project Management (graduate certificate-8 months)
Finance: 30.000cad
conditional acceptance that says i will take a test when i arrived (ielts 6.5 with listening 5.5)
I have added following documents for both application; employement letter, bank slips, my family title deeds certificates, etc.
Now i have visited France and Netherlands to improve my travel history. I have applied for UK business person visa. If my apply accepted i will have 1 year residence permit for UK.
-Do you suggest to re-apply from UK?
-Does Conditional acceptance (will take an English test) has negative impact?
-Do i have to apply Master program instead of Post Grad Cert. ?
-If i apply to college for both language program and Post Grad Cert. to cover my IELTS score, does it have positive effect to VO?
Does it matter if i apply via rcic certified consultant? Do they have their application system or use the same online system like us?
Please tell me your ideas.
