Consent Letter format for the place an international student will live in

Hello!

To show in my visa, I have to help my friend write the consent letter saying that i will be residing in the place he is in. My name is being put on the lease as we speak and it will be getting my signature too, for proof, which i will attach with the letter.

Would anybody be able to provide me with a proper and acceptable format for the consent letter?

You don't need this for your visa - it won't help you to be approved. You need to show that you have $10,000 to cover living expenses in addition to having enough money to cover tuition fees. IRCC wants to see a bank balance with enough funds in it.
