Okay ill choose legally separated. It also says on the form, if i am married I should include my marriage certificate or contract.

Should i include my marriage contract on my application form?

Yes, you should include it to show that you're married in the Philippines.

Thanks for helping me out...

Question 10. Letter B. (If you are married or in a common law relationship) Provide the date on which you were married or entered in the common law relationship.

Should I still fill this up even if i selected Legally Separated on my Marital Status?

I believe you refer to your current relationship for this. I am not familiar with how the forms are specifically filled out for conjugal. You may want to look at some other conjugal threads.

Sure thing! Thanks for the help :) Im considering getting an immigration lawyer for my TRV and conjugal. The trv itself is kinda confusing for me especially on the marital status section.

Do you know any trusted law firm that provides professional service with a fair price?
