Conjugal Partner Sponsorship 2022 (mine was June)

Anyone that applied for Conjugal Partner Sponsorship in 2022 had the application completed? Mine is stuck in background check for months now, and before that I only got AOR and biometrics done. 13 months so far. PA from Brazil. Ottawa VO (as far as I know).

Should I give up on hoping it will come? Because at this point it seems everybody from June 2022 is getting or has gotten their application approved. I didn't even get medicals.

I am not Conjugal Partner Sponsorship but I am also June 2022, OTTAWA outland spousal sponsorship- I am also stuck. Medical will be expired in August.

Conjugal partner applicant here..we applied May 2022, Eligibility was stuck from oct.2022 to april 2023 then received pfl on May 2023. I got ppr last June 27th 2023..our VO is Manila..
