hi im new here - please help i need clarifacation and advise. im from Phils and married but separated for apr 2013 and with 1 child. have pending case for annulment but its too long to process. i have a partner we meet may 2014 and started LDR to present he also visited me 2015 and 2017. we are planning to file us conjugal. we share bank account since 2015 and acquired lot late dec 2017. we also have picture together friend and family group pic (not necessarily with our parents pic) do we have a big chance as conjugal. i included my child in my applicable. hoping also with god’s help i could ask my ex to sign the declaration. if this the case i could ask him to sign do i still need the court custody since my case is still pending?
