But I m already married in 2015 n I applied for spouse sponsorship but due to some reason it's rejected my husband was married n he divorce her wife in 2010 in Islamic way but he didn't apply for divorce registration in union council when immgation ask us ceratification then my husband's apply for divorce. Then we got divorce certificate for 2016 I was married 2015 he divorce her first wife 2010 in Islamic way we had Affidavit for divorce. Then we went in Pakistan court then
we fight we got divorce certificate for 2010 from Union council. But still
we rejected.then I applied for conjugal partner base on my son he is two years old in starting case was accepted medical is done we send all proof but now immgation officer say he is not satisfied physically I'm emotionally socially economicnally. I m so upset li

You need to either LEGALLY be married with your "husband" (married) or live with him for 1 continue year (common law) spouse. Then you can sponsor him.
Having a son doesn't give you any ground to apply.
If he got legally divorced in 2016, then you must get married officially again to make it a legal marriage. Then you would apply for PR as a married couple.

In terms of your question, your application has only been in process for 3 months, people being processed in Manila who applied from March to August are still waiting as well.
