That looks strange!! Cause you f they request passport that means the final decision is already made on you application.where did you applied from? And what category? What is you local visa office?

It surely is a scam if you receive a call. And vsf in India are closed. Nobody got passport request though.

Provide your complete time line for this submission and share content of letter asking passport as well as refusal content (after removing the personal info)

also let expert know which method you use to apply so they can guide you. Also I am not sure if VFS start operating for Canada in Pakistan
