I submitted my application on 15.12.2014 to WES for evaluations of education credentials and they received my documents on 28.12.2014.
The status got changed to documents received: under review and its still the same, apart from that what surprises me is this that my application consists evaluation of Post Graduate Diploma in Management Degree and a Bachelors Degree but in Documents required section its only showing the two documents required for the Bachelors Degree i.e. Photocopy of Degree Certificate and the Transcripts of Mark sheets. Also, the section has a red cross sign which says documents not received.
I am now confused as i have submitted my documents exactly in a manner told by the documents required instruction for my country (India) and secondly why the Post Graduate Diploma Degree not mentioned in the documents required section. The mail which I received from WES after payment of fees mentioned both degree documents required.
Now, my question are;
1) Whether both the degree will be evaluated?
2) Why the documents required status says documents not received?
3) If my documents is not complete whether WES will contact me and inform me in detail the current scenario?
Prior sending my documents i had a doubt and contact WES with a query, however till now i didn't received any communication from their end and the same thing happened when they received my documents and status got changed?
