Hi everyone, my study permit has the expiry date of Nov 30, 2022.

I started my Bachelor's degree in Jan 2018 completed my undergraduate degree on August 2021. Then, I received letter of completion on Oct 13, 2021 & applied for PGWP on Nov 10, 2021.

After graduating in August 2021, I came back to the school as a part time student in Sep 2021 & took 2 course without being admitted to any degree program, since University's immigration advisor said it would be okay.

I still took 1 course in Jan 2022.
I received refusal on my pgwp on March 17th 2022. Now, I am reapplying for pgwp in April 11, 2022 for a reconsideration.

My ques: is my study permit still valid since I took 1 course in Fall 2021 & Winter 2022 without being admitted to any degree program? If not, do I need to fill out any application form and include any supporting documentations like bank statements while paying the restoration fee?

Apologies, but just worried about this issue!!
1. For your Bachelor's degree were you part-time for other semesters or just the final semester? If not you are not eligible for a PGWP.
2 If you graduated in August 2021, did you update your study permit to reflect taking the courses? Once you receive a letter of completion, you are no longer a student unless you updated IRCC with the changes to continue a new program. I believe you studied without a study permit (illegally) after September 2021.
3. What is your status now? Assume you are not working. You can't restore your status to student because it expired more than 90 days ago.
