I wanted to get some information about the NOC. My job responsibilities matches with Industrial Engineering (2141) but my degree is Metallurgical Engineering (2142), which is mentioned in the exclusion section. Can anyone please explain what an exclusion section is? Should i mention Metallurgical Engineering (2142) and the duties of Industrial Engineering?
