Confusion over the use of NOC code

Hi All,
I am new to this forum.It will great if you all can suggest me in choosing the noc code as I am in dilemma.

I am on a closed work permit applied under noc 2174.But since the beginning of my career my roles are more aligned towards Automation testing i.e noc 2171.I have received my roles and responsibilities letter from my previous company showing 6 years of experience and roles similar to that of 2171 and very few matching with 2174 and 2.5 years of experience from current company with 2174.
Could you please suggest what noc. to be used for old organization while filling the PR application to fit into the criteria of more than 3 years of experience?

You have to choose your NOC to match the majority of your roles and responsibilities, so even of few matches with 2174 this is very common as no NOC will be unique and some duties will be shared with different NOCs. In conclusion, pick the NOC that matches your job duties
