Confusion over landing

Being the secondary applicant can I land in Vancouver first which is different from the place of destination(Toronto) as mentioned in COPR? The primary applicant has already landed in toronto few weeks ago.

I've read that you can land anywhere once your primary applicant has landed. I read it some days ago on this forum. Please make a google search 'landing in different city canadavisa' and you might find it.
