Confusion on Study Permit Form 1294E

For the section that says "Details of Intended Study in Canada", should sections 4 and 5 be about my whole intended duration stay or just for the first year? For "The cost of my studies will be" and "Funds available for my stay". I'm confused as to whether they're referring to the first year or all 3 years.
