Confusion on how to fill Doc IMM5556 Help Needed.

Hi,
I have a question about filling IMM5556.
The idea is to apply for inland spouse+Open work permit application at the same time.

It seems that we have to fill Imm5556 and imm5710 as application package for OPW.
Now when I look at 5556 , there is a bunch of cases:
-If you are a student...not my case
-if you are a provincial nominee...not my case
-if you are a refugee claimant..not my case

and here is my question
- if you are the spouse or common law partner of an open work permit holder ..well not my case either. I am the spouse of a canadian citizen by birth...

So basically what should I check as the spouse of a canadian Citizen.

You just need to tick everything in the forms and documents lists that apply to you. The bits under that are for specific situations. If those situations don't apply to you, then you don't need to include those particular forms or documents.
