Hi there,
I have been working in BC as a semi skilled (kitchen) for a year and half now but I still don't meet the points for PNP. My employer has now offered me a LMIA for the skilled job on the same field but I am confused whether to accept it or ask him to extend LMIA on the same previous one(semi-skilled). The reason for my confusion is work experience . So If I change to skilled one all my working experience in Canada as a semi skilled won't be counted for PR thing and eventually I will have less points again but if I keep working on semi skilled I won't have access to express entry.
So I am looking for a genuine respond as the immigrations rules are changing time and again. which risk could be worth taking??
