yes IELTS general is accepted by cic as long as your academic institution has accepted it

There was no such requirement from the institution for the IELTS.

My wife is Indonesian so she have to apply as Non-SDS instead of SDS. We applied for SP and SOWP
My wife has IELTS 7.0 over all band score with no band lower than 6.5
Me as her spouse applying for OWP and I also have IELTS 6.5 over all band score with no band lower than 6.0.
We paid completely/fully tuition fee and 20,000CAD for GIC. We have 55,000CAD on saving accounts and other assets like an apartment and a car under my name and giving them for rent to get monthly income.
Everything we claimed we all had evidences/documents with the official notary stamps on.
How about our chance to get PPR?

I can't go for SDS as i have not done the IELTS.
My query is Is the payment of one year tution fee payment and GIC $10000 enough for general study permit (non-SDS) or i will need to show any other financial documents?

You can proceed to non sds, it depends on the officer reviewing your file if he ask for other documents.
