On the official website of British Columbia, it says it requires minimum CLB 4 for PNP. As well as the program requires IRCC profile; which means IRCC profile requires minimum CLB 6 to apply.
My question is how do I create IRCC profile with low IELTS score? Has anyone with low IELTS score been selected previously for BC PNP?
