Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi
I am a CEC applicant and got my AOR this month. I have worked for a company from 21 december 2013 to 10 june 2015 and 2 july 2015 to present for another company.
I got points for 2 years of experience starting Decembee 2015 since in the profile I didnt need to provide exact dates. I am just a little worried if this would be a problem
I did not lie or misrepresent in any way. And I did techinically provide supporting documents for everything I mentioned in my EE profile. I just need to have someone else's take on this. Help!!

I think it will be okay to get points it goes by months not exact dates

I don't mean to concern you but my friend had a similar case and she ended up getting rejected on Friday. Her timeline was as follows:

Dec 4: Get ITA under CEC (Worked in Canada for 363 days on this date)

Dec 28: Submit application

Dec 29: AOR

Jan 15: Get rejection by CIC. She submitted a Case Specific Enquiry on 15 January. Don't know how successful this will be.

I guess she must have gotten a strict processing officer. As I say, I don't mean to concern you but you raised the question. Like you she didn't misrepresent herself but as you could only enter work start dates in months she was credited with working 1 year before the 365 days elapsed. I hope you get a lenient processing officer but in your case you have more than 1 year of Canadian experience so I don't think it will matter.

Thanks for your reply. I just dont understand why would they not let us include exact date in initial profile if it is such a big deal.
I am not sure what to do now.
