Confusion about LMIA needed or not.

I am working inside Canada since June 2019 (More than a year) on my Post Graduation Work Permit.

since then I changed 3 employers with the same NOC B category.

now, my question is, when I submit my answer in CRS Calculator,

There is question No 8.
8) Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)?


Since I am working at the moment. Can I have to tell my employer to assess my LMIA? or I can just submit my valid job offer letter?

Since you are on a PGWP, you can only claim the 50 job offer points if your employer obtains an approved LMIA.

So you need to answer 'no' to question 8.
