Hi guys
I have confusion that I have my Undergraduate degree BS from back home but I have 1 year postgraduate certificate from Canada.
Now my question is that do I still need to get ECA for my undergraduate degree even I have one from Canada afterwards?
thanks in advance

Yes you should qualify your back home's Undergraduate degree BS from ECA, because,1 year postgraduate certificate program won't give you much points. I think your Undergraduate degree BS would be 3 years or more. So you can get more points then Canadian 1 year postgraduate certificate, if you do ECA. I am in the same situation. I have 1 year postgraduate certificate from Canada, I decided to qualify my bachelor and masters degree from ECA to get more points.
One thing I am not sure yet, after ECA done if I can use both points such as, ECA and Canadian post graduate points or just either one I can use , not sure about that. May be someone else can ans that.

if the education done in canada then ECA not required but in this why not ask this question to WES helpline or send a mail to them to confirm what to do in this situation
