In the Sponsor Document Checklist, it says to put an "x" in the box corresponding to the documents you are enclosing. There is a part in there ( Items 22-27) that are for the sponsored person and family members. While these are in it's own envelope separate from the sponsor envelope, should I still put an X for these? I mean technically those docs are not in the sponsor part. I think I am being paranoid here...

We have enclosed the application in 3 envelopes:

1. Sponsor forms and supporting docs
2. Principal applicant forms and support docs
3. Proof of Relationship

yes put an X for everything you are including in the entire package. Before they send AOR in stage one they will do a 'completeness check' for the entire package checking to make sure each form necessary is included and signed. You should fill out the document checklist properly, regardless of how you've organized your application.

Yep, definitely paranoid. Don't worry, it happens to us all at some point in the process ;)

It doesn't matter if you're organizing the forms in separate envelopes, it's still one big application. If it's in the application somewhere, put an X.
