Confusion about check list for Pakistani Applicants IMM 3907 or IMM 5491

Urgent Question.

I m still confused regarding the check list thing. In both check lists 3907 & 5491 they have asked for the forms. It seems stupid to ask whether I have to attach copies of forms like IMM 0008 with both check lists or only one copy will be enough (Which should be) as I want to make sure nothing has been missed from the file.
And if no then do I need to check feilds in each check list or I can leave it blank. For example in 5491 they asked about IMM 008. Should I check that box or leave it blank as IMM 0008 will be attached with 3907 and vice versa?

You don't need to attach 2 copies. Submit just one and check it off on both checklists.
