Hey guys,

I am currently waiting for Permanent Residence approval for my spouse yet there have been some problems with the Manila Office.

On January 18th, 2017, I received an email from Manila Office requesting 2 documents to finalize the process.

On January 25th, 2017, I sent the 2 request documents to Manila Office.

On February 2nd, 2017, Manila Office sent me an email stating they have accepted the two documents and have put them into our file.

However, today, May 24th, 2017, I received an email from Manila Office stating that they DID NOT receive the two documents I had submitted, which contradicts with their February acknowledgment email.

This is just so frustrating to me and I know there are miscommunication within the visa processing centre. I have emailed them with screenshots to prove that they have actually received the documents already in Feb.

Since the Embassy of Manila do not accept my calls, are there IRCC centre for overseas or I can just call IRCC and address this issue?

Thanks guys.

You can email Manila VO with your file number and UCI number to let them know that they already received those documents. Attach receipt and scanned copies of those documents.
