confused

i need help to clarify somethings, i applied for skilled workers but presently residing in canada. i received letter from Newyork office requesting for my husband's medical assessment. the letter also stated interview was being waived, my confusion now is that is my medical assessment being waived also cos it was only a medical report/client summary of my husband alone was attached w9(ith the letter (section A).
they stated the result should be sent to ottawa office, but my hubby resides in my home country. can the doctor mail the result from my home country to ottawa? and how would his passport be stamp with visa?

There sure is some kind of confusion here. No visa can be granted w/out the Meds of all the family members. R u sure u received it for your hubby only?

Ps.: As regards his Meds, plz rest assured that he can take his Meds from anywhere. The DMP knows where to file his/her report - & it'd reach Ottawa definitely.
