confused with rejection reason & applying 2nd time under non-spp...help..!!

im on a same boat,i've got 49% and my visa got rejected stating proposed studies are not reasonable.

Man in the first link there is no such thing but the 2nd link doesn't work for me...i tried to google the thread but got no good results that matched it
