Hello,

I am a Canada PR aspirant and want to apply for PR specifically for Ontario. I came here on a work permit in Oct 2021 and had to leave for my home country due to some emergency, but I am still working from India for a Canadian company.
I have got my WES and IELTS with band 7(L-7 R-8 S- 7 W-6). I created my profile on IRCC and got a score of 345, no clue why the score is so less. I reached out to my company for PNP sponsorship, but they denied it.
Following are my credentials:
1. 13 years experience in Software Testing, and currently working in Canada as Project Manager.
2. B.Tech(IT) from India.
3. Married. My wife has 4 years exp overall and 1 year in IT. WES done and IELTS band 7. Masters in WES considered as bachelor program for 4 years or more.
4. 2 kids. (Younger one is 3 years and the Elder one is 7 years).
Can someone please help which stream should I apply for PR, as I am very confused and not getting proper guidance. I even tried reaching out to several immigration lawyers, but they are not giving any proper guidance and more keen on first starting the process.
Need someone's help urgently.

Also, please let me know, if my Canadian work experience would be valid for all the time, i am working from India.

- How old are you? Based on your years of work expereince, you are well into your 30's. This means you've started losing points due to your age.
- Your IELTS score is low. You should rewrite and achieve a higher score. Try to max out your points.
- Your Master's was only evaluated as a Bachelor. You're losing points there.
- Note that any work experience you gain while working for the Canadian company outside of Canada will count as foreign work experience, not Canadian work experience. You need to be physically working in Canada in order for it to count as Canadian work experience.

You should focus on increasing your points. 345 is quite low.

What are the chances for PNP in skilled worker stream?
Your score is too low for Ontario. You need a score in the 450+ range for Ontario to be possible.

The reality is you have no chance of Ontario PNP with a score that low. If your wife is younger try putting her as the primary applicant and see if that increases your score.

You need a permanent and full time job offer for your employer to qualify for OINP Employer Job Offer Stream. Once you add that to your EE profile you have to wait for a notification of interest from Ontario. Then you can submit an application and then wait for approval from OINP. Once you receive approval you get a nomination certificate and THEN you get 600 points.

Then you have to wait for ITA from IRCC

You can read more about the employer job offer stream here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-foreign-worker-stream

As you can see it's not a straight forward process.
