Confused while filling WES assessment due to different name in Bachelor and Diploma Certificate

Hello all,

I am currently filling ECA in WES. I am in dilemma as name on my Diploma Certificate is Prajapati Rakesh Gordhanbhai while name on my bachelor certificate is Prajapati Rakeshkumar Gordhanbhai. Kumar is added after my name in Bachelor as well as Master Degree.

What should I do? Should I proceed or need to do affidavit?
