Hello. I am currently working in Canada as an therapist for special needs kids. We work on adaptive behaviour problems into positive behaviour, teaching and enhancing communication methods and teaching life skills as well as improving employability skills. This falls under the instructors of persons with disabilities on the NOC list. It is a B class and hence allows me to apply for perm residency under skilled worker scheme. I have over 5 years experience in England in this field.

My issue now is the job offer that I have got. I work an average of 30+ hours constant a week earning around $35 an hour. I however am technically self employed as I invoice my clients directly and pay my own taxes and deductions. So how do I get a written job offer for my application? I believe I need a company letter head explaining my hours, wages and deductions as well as a description of my responsibilities. Would it be sufficient to get this letter directly from my clients that I have ?

The issue I have with this is that they aren't companies plus I have a number of clients with varying hours.

And even if this is not a problem and CIC would accept job offers from my clients would I be able to give numerous letters from each clients ?

I have a total of 2 clients who I work with constantly on set days of every week, year round and they intend to employ me on a long term baises, ie a number of years. I have evidence to give immigration such as invoices, proof of income, and taxes/expenses.
