Confused - No Canadian Experience

I am new to the forum. Can we claim points for experience only of we have experience in Canada.

You can claim all skilled level experience but if it is earned outside Canada it is FOREIGN experience and will not give you the opportunity to apply under CEC, but you can under FSW stream of EE.

you can get points for foreign experience if you have 1+ years only and this will be combined with edu. and language skills for skill transfer points..
