Hello, I am recently graduated and did Diploma in Business Administration and holds a 3 years open work permit. I am currently working at a subway restaurant as a supervisor in Ontario. I have 1 doubt, Is my course is matching up with the job that i am currently doing? And will I be eligible to apply under Canadian Experience Class?

your job doesn't have to match up your studies

your job doesn't have to match up your studies

So it can be any field of study? Because i also heard if they is any pharmacy student graduated and they can only work in that field to apply under CEC. And I have heard after applying under CEC there is 12 months processing time. Will the applicant still have to be in the working condition at same place within the processing time? So I think its 12 months of Canadian experience + 12 months of processing time = 24 months to remain in your job :o

You don't have to work the same job while your PR is in process. You can switch jobs and do what you want, whatever your
work permit allows you to do.

Check eligibility criteria here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

So we can work in any field either its food industry or any other industry? but it must fall under NOC 0,A or B class?

Yes, the job has to be skill level A,B or 0.

So am i eligible for CEC? I am working as Food service supervisor at a subway restaurant and had Diploma in Business Administration.

There is no requirement. You can have any job as long as the experience was validly gained in Canada.

But obviously if you write you passed as an accountant, but now doing brain surgery in Canada, that may delay your application process.

Please check if you are eligible on this website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp
Feel free to check back in with questions about the application process.
