thanks silvi. Okay I realise that it is like an online form.
I assumed it would be like the pdf forms and guides available in cic website.
Thank you for clarifying. :)

Hi all

I had a B1 (US) visa rejection, do I need to mention yes for the post ita statuary questions.
Its just a visa interview I faced, and they said apply to different category like H1 or L1

So will this be considered as visa refusal as nothing is stamped on my passport

Now if answer is Yes.
I have a concern, I am a pnp guy and while submission of pnp application I completely oversight the same que and answered NO to visa rejection and got nominated

So can my answer be differ in post ita form from pnp application
Please help

I had selected yes.

Now my concern - if select Yes this time - will that be fine
as at the time of PNP docs submission i missed to mark YEs for the questions and answered NO to that

So what is the difference between 10.1 and 10.2 question?

I want to know the same because both questions ask if you have been refused a temp resident visa in canada or any other country? the wording is confusing to an extent.

See question below:

1.Has Jane Doe been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2.Has Jane Doe ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

If you have been denied a visa why would one answer be yes and one no when both questions include that statement? Once a part of the question applies to you shouldn't it be yes? The statements are separated by the word or so one section can apply to you while the other does not but why would one say yes to one and no to the other. Very curious to understand the rationale behind this.

You can put education details in the education section. It specifically asks you whether you have done and ECA for it. If you have not then just say NO. It won't add points without ECA.

I already got ITA, so I am asking to put education details after ITA for spouse . She graduated 10 year before. So where can I add education detail

Are you claiming points for it? If so in her education history.

Dear, I have some queries please guide. We have arranged everything just facing some problem in putting a decent write up for LOE. As me & my spouse both did MBA while working full time with our respective companies.

  • We have received ITA, (Have LOR from the company as well for full time employment) how to show this over lap of period of study and work ?
  • Also for an employer my spouse had internal promotions / sometimes re-org for which we do not have all records however the responsibilities remained moreover same for the entire tenure. How should we state this in our LOE (Should we state it or not) as we have all necessary documents. Please suggest

Regards
