Confused! Help please!

I am a bit confused. On the Generic Application Form to Canada... it states to list my husbands dependants. We have no children or anything like that so would we just remove it from the form? Or would I put my information?(I am the canadian wife) Help please!!!

We put " N/A " in every box that was not applicable to our application that way they saw that we didn't miss the box, but instead we had no info to put there.
