Confused for work permit

Hi everyone, please help me. I was in London,uk till 10 April 2014 working full time for more than 1 year in hotel and my previous experience is for 2 years in same field. I came to india on 15 April 2014 since than I am not working anywhere it means almost 4 months. I am going to get LMO in August. I am worried becoz i have 4 to 5 months of gap unemployment, Could this will be the reason for rejection?? is it alright going to apply work permit with unemployment .

Unemployment really doesn't matter as long as you have diploma, skills or experience in certain field. So let's say you are a Chef go to the employment requirements and check if you are eligible.

I am planning to do paper application in vfs India. Do I need to submit medical papers as well at the same time ?? or CIC will ask for it later...
