Sorry for my ignorance but I'm a bit confused by the steps that need to be taken. When the application for spousal sponsorship and PR are sent in to Missassauga i.e. PART A & B. Does the medical and police clearance need to be sent in at the same time. OR is it that Part A & Part B are sent in to Missassauga and if the sponsorship is approved THEN the medical and police certificate are sent in to the local regional office (for me Singapore)?
thanks!

Documents checklist is at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5491E.PDF All these documents should be sent together to Mississauga. Police and medical records number 26 and 27 on this list. Your documents checklist can be found with all your other forms, including application guides at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

send everything A+B+Region specific form + all the supporting documents they require, the medical exam proof(the green paper) and the security clearences.

the cpc-M will check for everything and send you a letter afetr 4-6 weeks to inform you that they ent the application to the visa office responsible of your country.

Ok. I thought that the medical report was sent directly by the approved doctor to Missassauga, no?

No, if the application is being processed overseas, then the DMP sends the results to the appropriate overseas medical office.
see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-01.asp The receipt showing that you have had the medical exam goes with the application/sponsorship etc to Mississauga.

PMM

I printed out the sponsorship application form and PR form+regional guidelines and there is only 1 page Appendix C that says: bring this form to the designated doctor. When I checked your link PMM there appears to be many pages.
Please clarify.

all u need is print out the medical document and take it to ur doctor to fill it then u need send it with ur file

So again it simply the 1 page-i.e. 1piece of paper-Appendix C that I take (for me Bangkok) to the doctor?

What about the police clearance? Is that sent at the beginning with the entire application or only when it is requested? After sponsorship has been approved and the file sent to Singapore?
thanks
