Confused between Mailing address and current address

Hi all
Need your help
I put spousal PR “PAPER” file in June 2022 and my wife completed her biometrics & medical in September 2022 now we are waiting for her pre-arrival letter and now i moved in different location. But in Mailing address i put my cousin’s address just to be sure there is no missing any posts. so should i need to change my current address in file process?
Our current status in PR tracker as eligibility in process
