Confused as to what to do next

Hi, everyone!
I need some help to understand what's going on with my application.

If you can see the image, I submitted my EOI for Masters Graduate Stream. (as shown by number 1)
As a part of that, I got an ITA and submitted the documents and it is shown in the last line. (as shown by number 2)

Now it has been around 10 months and it is still in 'Decision In Progress'.

What should I do?
Did I miss something?

Can someone who submitted Master's Graduate Stream OINP application help me out here?

Check the processing times, if it has exceeded the estimated time, follow up.

The processing time is 6 months. It has been more than 10 months.

I followed up and they said it is still in pending state.

However, I believe I got an ITA but it got expired. Not sure about that. Maybe the portal doesn't reflect the expired ITA?

I am not too sure on the ITA. But if you followed up and it's still in process you have no choice but to wait for an update.

I guess so. But it's 10 months. There has to be someway to make them look into it
