I have to say if it wasn't for this site I'd be ripping my hair out in confusion most of the time :-\ ;D
I ran a search and I couldn't find an answer to my question, first some context:
My gf and I are applying for PR via the outland common-law route. Her working visa is expiring in Feb and she will be applying for a visa extension as a tourist until April. After that she will return to Japan ( her grand parents are fragile so she's going back to be with them and her family ) while our app is being processed.
Which leads me to my question, in the Medical form IMM 3913 Appendix C which address do we put for her address??
