confused about v.o's email

Hi guys! I am a little bit confused about the vo's respondence to emails. First time I sent an email querying about my medicals. I got an acknowledgment letter from my vo at the same time. They responded back 9 days later. Four days ago I sent them another email Questing to change my e-mail address because I had problem with it. The problem is that till now I haven't had any acknowledge mail anyone had this problem too?

did you send the email from the email they have on file? i have read they will only respond to emails from an address that they know to be associated with an application.

First email was sent by an email address which wasn't filed. The second was sent by both the emails (the one that I have on my file and my second email address)...

My problem is that I m "in process" for 36 days and I'm fearing that I can't get any email in my filed email address
