Hello 
I have been searching the web for the past 2 hours (CIC - CEC guide, table conversations, other's people sample, etc.) but I am still confuse of how the conversation works and if my IELTS score are enough for my application.
I would really appreciate your help. I am applying for CEC as NOC 1112 - Financial Analyst. My understanding is that that is a Skill level A.
My scores in the IELTS were:
Listening 7
Reading 6.5
Writing 6.5
Speaking 8.5
Overall Band Score: 6.5
1- how do I convert these scores?
2- Is my score enough? ??? ??? ???
