At my wits end here! I'm trying to renew my Permanent Residency for the first time and have so far had two separate answers from the helpful people at the Client Support Centre. I may be overthinking it but I'm sure someone here knows the definitive answer!
My PR began on 26 August 2015. I will be sending it in for renewal on 26 March 2020, so sending it to get it renewed in good time. I assume as this is my first renewal and the Travel History states "...(or if you became a permanent resident less than five (5) years ago, since becoming a permanent resident" that the dates I put for the period to be assessed are 26 August 2015 - 26 March 2020. The first lady I spoke to insisted that I put 26 March 2014 - 26 March 2020 even though I wasn't a PR at that time, and the second person I spoke to said to put 26 August 2015 - 26 August 2020. I know that can't be right.
