confirmation of application received..........

i applied for my spousal sponsorship on 2 april 2012 to CPC-M and the application was received on 3 april as per postal tracking..........when i call the call centre agent yesterday she says she cant say anything about my application as they were currently working on application received on 2 april 2012, after a while i called again and used the automated service and i put my client id number which is my 8 digit PR card no and year of birth , an automated message saying my application was received on 3 april 2012, but when i log in ecas it does not allow me neither i got any AOR through email, so was wondering any one experiencing the same guys...........please reply

ecas has been acting up a little, just keep trying everyday. Some days it's okay, some days it's not.

it takes a few days for ecas to allow you to access it...so if yesterday Friday you spoke to an agent and it was not on her system but was on the automated system later in the day......you might not show up on ecas yet......as far as AOR's they are still hit and miss and you may or may not get one and they are all usually be email....and the approval usually follows the AOR....by email or mail......sometimes hours later and sometimes 2 weeks later......
