Confirm it because I'm little bit confused about the procedure of payment. Is it real or fake?

AOL? Lol.. It's sad to see so many applicants are lured by fake immigration emails.

It is a fake email. So many grammatical errors, contact information of third party email accounts and asking for personal information.

Please don't click any links, contact any person or open any attachments.

As above totally fake and surely nobody would really think that the Canadian Government would use an AOL.com email address ! At least some scammers make the effort with an email address that looks similar to the IRCC one but this attempt to scam people is pretty ridiculous.

---------------------------------------------------------
Dear Waqas,

Thank you for filling out the Canadian immigration assessment form on CanadaVisa.com. The Campbell Cohen Law Firm appreciates the opportunity to assess your eligibility for immigration to Canada.

I am impressed with your experience as a Land Surveyor and that you have gained over two years of skilled work experience. I am also impressed with your Post Secondary Degree.

Based on the information provided, you appear to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC). We would be pleased to work with you in pursuing Canadian permanent residence through Canada's Express Entry system.

How Express Entry Works
Eligible candidates can submit a profile into the Express Entry pool, where they are ranked according to a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The Government of Canada regularly issues Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence to the highest-ranked candidates through draws from the pool, and aims to process applications within six months.

Your Strong CRS Score
Having reviewed the information that you provided, your CRS score appears to be 449. During the Express Entry draw that was performed on January 30, 2019, candidates with CRS scores of 438 and above received an ITA. Had your profile been in the Express Entry pool with a score above 438 when this draw occurred, you would have received an ITA.

Quick Profile Submission
We encourage candidates with CRS scores of 438 or above to submit a profile as soon as possible. Several changes have been made to the CRS over the past year, and additional changes may be announced at any time. Submitting a profile quickly may maximize a candidate’s chance of receiving an ITA before future changes occur.

Our Service
As a client of our law firm, we will work with you to:

  • Quickly submit an accurate Express Entry profile and avoid misrepresentation (the penalty for misrepresentation is a ban of up to five years from applying for Canadian permanent residence);
  • Review your work history and credentials, so that you may claim all the CRS points that you are entitled to;
  • Guide you in obtaining required documentation, such as language test results and educational credential assessments, that are needed to submit an Express Entry profile;
  • Prepare supporting documents in advance so you can react quickly if you receive an ITA (candidates only have 60 days to apply once they receive an ITA);
  • Assist you in submitting a profile and/or application, under any Express Entry-aligned Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) that you are eligible for; and
  • Implement a strategy to promote your CV, including a consultation with a Canadian career counsellor to gain exposure within the Canadian job market, after your profile is submitted;
Notice
There are many potential benefits and rewards in beginning to work with our law firm today. However, there remains a risk. In spite of our best efforts, you may not receive an ITA under Express Entry or may be unable to submit an application to a Canadian province during the term of our mandate.

The Next Step
We are ready to set up a file and start collecting your documents as soon you have agreed to our retainer agreement and submitted the first installment of Attorney fees.

To begin the process, and for more information regarding our services, retainer agreement and fees please visit the following link:

Please do not hesitate to contact me at dcohen@canadavisa.com or call our office at 1-514-937-9445 with any further questions or concerns.

Dear Waqas,

I have carefully reviewed the information you sent to me, and it is my opinion that I would not be successful in representing your application for Canadian Immigration at this time. Please keep in mind that this is only my opinion, and this may not reflect the decision of a Visa Officer.

The selection criteria of the various Canadian immigration programs are constantly evolving to fit Canada's needs. You may become eligible at some point in the future.

My best advice at this time is for you to obtain a Canadian job offer. A job offer will not only improve your qualifications for Canadian Immigration, but will also give you options to get to Canada sooner.

While my office does not offer job placement services, you may begin your job search now by utilizing my online job bank, which will provide you with advertised job positions across Canada: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-job-search-tool.html

Once you obtain a confirmed job offer, please forward a copy of your offer of employment, along with your resume/CV, to our law firm. We would be pleased to verify if you would be eligible for a temporary Canadian Work Permit or Canadian Permanent Residence on that basis.

Alternatively, if you are interested in pursuing your studies in Canada, you will find more information here: https://www.canadavisa.com/canadian-temporary-study-visa.html

We also recommend you visit our website at www.canadavisa.com for more information regarding the current eligibility requirements for the various Canadian immigration programs.

You are also welcome to visit and post on our discussion board.
To stay up to date with Canadian Immigration, we invite you to join the CanadaVisa facebook community today!

We would like to thank you for the interest that you have shown in Canada, and we hope to be of service to you in the future.
Best regards,

David Cohen
