I am in the process of applying Graduate course in Mathematics in University of Regina.Can I submit confidential letter obtained from two past employers? Or is it mandatory to submit the confidential letter from academic also?

but in most of case, all university quotes that if we are given LOR( Letter of Recommendation) sealed by employer/professor, then we should not open that.
