You need to apply for a TRV. Unless you have done a lot of other business travel that your employer has paid for I would expect that an approval will be difficult. There has been a huge number of people claiming asylum from Nigeria. Many are not approved but there will be extra scrutiny when it comes to your application. Make sure to apply a few months in advance.
