hi,

I just want to know if my Permanent Residence is "conditional."

Me and my wife was married September 18, 2010. She filed the application of sponsorship and CIC received it on September 11, 2011. And now I got my Permanent Resident last August 26, 2014. category 51 doesn't shown on my CoPR.

just got confuse cause when we filed the application were only 1 year married and no children.

but the new measures said;

apply to spouses, common-law or conjugal partners in a relationship of two years or less with their sponsor and who have no children in common with their sponsor at the time they submit their sponsorship application

can someone please tell me if my PR is conditional or not.

Really appreciate your help,

thanks you so much from

If you don't have condition 51 on your corp then you don't have conditional PR.

Thank you scylla. I'm more confident now.

Onemore question;

want to know if this measure is also affected the application received by the CIC before October 25, 2012

As was mentioned, if you don't have condition 51 on your COPR then you don't have conditional PR. It's as simple as that.

Applications received prior to October 25, 2012 are not subject to "conditional PR".
