Hi guys
I would just like to ask regarding the conditional PR.
Me and my partner are already in 3 years of our relationship and we dont have a children. Am i eligible for conditional PR?

Another question guys.,

Do my partner need to submit proof of financial if he will just sponsor me as his common law partner? We don't have kids.

It doesn't sound like you understand what conditional PR is. Conditional PR is not an application process. Conditional PR (rather than non-conditional PR) is a condition that is given to some people when PR is granted that states they must remain in a relationship with their sponsor for at least two years after they get PR - otherwise their PR status will be revoked. People get conditional PR when they haven't been in a relationship with their sponsor for very long and don't have children. Conditional PR was introduced to reduce marriage / application fraud.
