Conditional PR to spouse

Hello,
I recently got married and I stumbled upon an article (link below) that I will get conditional PR. My husband is the primary applicant and I will be accompanying him to canada (in the EE profile with him)

1. Can someone explain what that is? Will I get a conditional PR even though I am in the EE profile with him?
2. Also, what are the implications of it? Will I be able to get a job as a normal PR person gets?
3. I am in IT too and don't want to get affected by it. Will there be any issues if I get a conditional PR
4. When will this become a permanent PR if I do come in as having a conditional PR

Also, note that conditional PR is only for sponsored spouses. You are the spouse of an EE applicant and that makes you a dependent spouse, not a sponsored spouse.
