Then why still using him to obtain PR status ???
You cannot obtain PR/sponsorship by misrepresentation/fraud. You're going to collect evidence against him and also use him to obtain PR.
Sorry i have no sympathy in this case. If u can't stand the marriage, simply pack up and leave Canada. Or have the guts to move out, get ur study permit and study as a student etc.
And if u got the skills, try qualifying on your own for PR under the immigration programs.
There is no such thing as "exception" where u dont wanna be in the marriage yet want PR processing based on the same marriage.
