How much time does it take for university to issue unconditional offer letter after submitting the documents and fulfiling the condition?

they usually don't issue you with unconditional offer letter unless you ask for it. Make sure you email them beforehand requesting an unconditional offer letter upon submitting your required documents.
I made this mistake and waited almost 1 month for unconditional letter. I asked them regarding my concern and they said they won't provide unconditional letter unless I request.
